Benefits of Heating Pads Filling Ingredients: Peppermint Flaxseed Lavender
Peppermint
The benefits of Peppermint has been known
for centuries. Thousand year ago, Greeks and Romans grew peppermint in their
gardens for culinary and medicinal uses, which are still practiced to this day.
In Greece, Peppermint is commonly used in medicinal teas to treat cold and flu
symptoms. They believe it helps relieve coughs and congestion. Italians use
peppermint as a digestive aid since Ancient Rome as well.
Today peppermint can be found in many
